LOC PHOENIX 5.5

The RNWS nose weight system is a LOC/Precision designed modular system for adding and removing nose weight. Using a bulk head and tube system, you can create the perfect amount of balance for your preferred motor. It can then be removed and replaced with a different weight for your second favorite motor!!! Flown, tested, and field proven. Look for this to be incorporated into other LOC kits that could use some ballast forward!!! We’re certainly excited about it, and we hope you’ll enjoy it too!

DESCRIPTION

One of the LOC Custom SERIES of kits. Designed for the most advanced builders which include factory pre-slotted airframe and through-the-wall fin construction, the 1/3rd scale Phoenix is one of our favorite scale production kits! It uses a central 75mm motor mount tube and fins that attach to the motor mount directly for maximum power flights. This kit is intended for advanced Level 2 flyers as it requires the addition of nose weight and makes a huge addition to your fleet . You can fly it on an I-200 with a motor mount adapter, K-1050 with optional MMA-5 adapter or go for the 75mm motors. The included removable nose weight system and electronics bay allow for a variety of motors to be flown at the field of your choice!
